Port 5061 is typically used for secure VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) communications using the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) over Transport Layer Security (TLS). It is the default port used for Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP) and Secure RTP Control Protocol (SRTCP) to provide confidentiality, integrity, and authentication to VoIP communications.
