Port 4014 is commonly used for Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and User Datagram Protocol (UDP) network communication for remote monitoring and management protocol (RMON) data exchange. It is also used for network management and monitoring software applications such as HP OpenView, IBM Tivoli, and Microsoft System Center.
