Port 2434 is used for internet communication between a client and a server using the Context Management Service Protocol (CMSP) developed by Microsoft. This protocol is used to manage distributed resources in a network, such as registering and accessing software components, and exchanging information between servers and clients. Specifically, port 2434 is used for the registration and discovery of distributed resources in a Microsoft .NET Framework environment.
